ASC, medical office building up for healthcare design award

The RiverCrest Ambulatory Surgery Center in Granite Falls, S.C., is up for a Real Estate Insights Award for best new medical office and outpatient facility.

The property was developed by Flagship Healthcare Properties and designed by Clark Patterson Lee.

The winner will be announced at the GlobeSt.com Healthcare Conference Dec. 4 in Scottsdale, Ariz.
