Envision added Mr. Wilson as general counsel in April 2010. Prior to this position, he was the corporate counsel for Envision’ subsidiary EmCare.
Prior to joining Envision Healthcare, Mr. Wilson was in private practice from 1993 to 2000. He earned his JD degree from Chicago-based Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
