Here’s what you should know:
1. The new partners come from the firm’s healthcare compliance and operations; finance and restructuring corporate; and litigation and dispute resolution branches.
2. Ms. Page advises specialty physician practices and outpatient services providers, including ASCs. She also has expertise in investor-owned hospital and health system transactions.
3. Mr. Quinn specializes in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, as well as ASC transactions and securities.
4. The other three new partners, Joseph L. Watson, Wells Trompeter and Jonah L. Price, have healthcare law experience.
5. Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis has about 250 attorneys in Texas, Alabama and Tennessee.
