3 considerations for ASC leaders adopting new procedures & policies

Lakewood, Colo.-based Pinnacle III shared three tips for ASC leaders working to create and share policies and procedures with staff.

Here are the key details to know:

1. There are a few goals to keep in mind when developing information management and policy protocols. Ensure policies are accurate, current, protected from inaccurate editing and that policy changes are shared with staff as soon as possible.

2. Once goals are made, ASC leaders can identify the tools that will help the center achieve them.

3. Communication platforms can help ASCs communicate protocol and policy changes with staff.
