Spectrum Health names new president & CEO

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health named Tina Freese Decker its new president and CEO, effective Sep. 1. Ms. Freese Decker joined Spectrum Health in 2002, and most recently served as executive vice president and COO.

 Under her leadership, Spectrum Health focused on building community partnerships and implementing solutions to better serve and address the health needs of the community it serves while making access to healthcare easier.

Over the course of her time with Spectrum Health, Ms. Freese Decker implemented a $300 million transformation of the care model, which included the Epic installation. She also implemented the MedNow virtual medicine strategy system across Specrum Health.
