Here are four things to know:
1. Ms. Allard has served as administrative director at Ramapo Valley Surgical Center for 12 years. She is responsible for working with staff and physicians to provide effective patient-centered care, overseeing the center’s daily operations and the development of her staff.
2. In her new role on AHC’s nursing board, Ms. Allard will share her industry insight and clinical expertise with other board members. The council includes members from across the healthcare industry.
3. In the future, Ms. Allard plans to continue strengthening her managerial nursing skills and to connect with fellow ASC administrators working within the Virtua Health System to share best practices. She is also committed to educating and preparing the next generation for future leadership roles.
