Cincinnati-based CEI Vision Partners named Carl Berglind vice president of mergers and acquisitions.
Here are three highlights:
1. Mr. Berglind will head CVP's newly formed M&A division.
2. He was previously Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision (AmSurg) Healthcare's senior vice president of strategic transactions, overseeing $1.7 billion of mergers and acquisitions. Envision completed more than 20 acquisitions during his tenure.
3. He possesses more than 20 years of transactional experience.
"I am excited to support our partner practices' ability to provide the highest level of eye care by executing on our strategic vision to build the nation's leading ophthalmology services organization," Mr. Berglind said.
