ASC leader to know: Dr. Gregory Horner of ASCA

Gregory Horner, MD, is an Ambulatory Surgery Center Association board of directors’ member. He has served as a managing partner of HealthPoint Ambulatory Surgery Company in Newbury Park, Calif., for nearly three years. HealthPoint is an ASC management company.

From 2010 to 2015, Dr. Horner sat on California Ambulatory Surgery Association’s board of directors. He is a hand surgeon with Tracy, Calif.-based Tri-Valley Orthopedic Specialists.

After earning his medical degree from Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Dr. Horner underwent his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed a New England Combined Hand Surgery Fellowship at several locations throughout the Boston area.
