1. Mr. Fleming was appointed as the CEO in January 2016. In addition to serving as the CEO, president and director, Mr. Fleming is Nobilis' chairman of the board.
2. Before joining Nobilis, Mr. Fleming served as the CFO and director of Houston-based Northstar Healthcare. He also served as the CEO and director of Houston-based Acro Energy. He has been quoted in numerous publications, including Scientific American, The Houston Chronicle and the San Francisco Business Times.
3. Founded in 2007, Nobilis Health is a healthcare development and management company with over 30 locations in Texas and Arizona. Nobilis Health's portfolio includes ASCs, hospitals and multispecialty clinics.
