1. Mr. Fleming was appointed as the CEO in January 2016. In addition to serving as the CEO, president and director, Mr. Fleming is Nobilis’ chairman of the board.
2. Before joining Nobilis, Mr. Fleming served as the CFO and director of Houston-based Northstar Healthcare. He also served as the CEO and director of Houston-based Acro Energy.
