The Medical Towers at Bee Cave (Texas) — a 23,000-square-foot specialty medical office building — held a grand opening Sept. 26.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The grand opening featured cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a tour of the new surgery center.

2. Bee Cave-based Alive + Well is the building’s ground floor tenant. Other tenants are Dripping Springs, Texas-based River City Docs Orthopedics, Austin, Texas-based Lone Star Podiatry, Austin-based Sanova Dermatology and Austin Gastroenterology.

3. The medical and wellness center is situated on 2.1 acres of property. It is 100 percent leased.
