Washington hospital expands GI services, builds surgery center

Virginia Mason Bellevue (Wash.) Medical Center will open a 45,000-square-foot medical center July 27, the Downtown Bellevue Network reports.

What you should know:

1. The center will provide surgical services, primary care services, specialty services and telemedicine, among others.

2. The center will specialize in gastroenterology, pediatrics, physical therapy, behavioral health services and others.

3. The center also has a surgical center.
