Underwriters of EndoChoice IPO to purchase additional shares

The underwriters participating in the EndoChoice initial public offering are exercising their option to purchase an additional 702,500 shares from the company, as well as 250,000 shares from certain selling stockholders.

The shares were purchased at the public offering price of $15 per share.

EndoChoice is expected to realize $94.9 million in proceeds from the offering, including the proceeds from the option exercise.

EndoChoice’s stock is trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “GI.”
