Stryker Endoscopy launches new surgical imaging platform for GI & more

The 1588 AIM Platform from Stryker Endoscopy is now available.

The 1588 AIM Platform is a surgical video system designed to improve visualization in patient anatomy in several specialties including gastroenterology, ENT, gynecology, urology, laparoscopy and arthroscopy.

The system includes several features, such as Endoscopic Near Infrared Visualization. ENV is designed to reduce the risk of bile duct injury during laparoscopic cholecystectomies and reduce risk of anastomotic leaks during gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy.
