Santiam Hospital New $30M Patient Tower Opens, Includes Endoscopy Center

Santiam Hospital in Stayton, Ore., recently opened its new 50,000-square-foot four-story patient tower that includes an endoscopy center, according to a Statesman Journal report.

The surgery center portion of the renovations includes the endoscopy room, seven day-surgery beds, three operating rooms and four beds for post-anesthetic care.

The $30 million project began in November of 2010 and has added about 50 new positions within the hospital facilities.
