The mobile-optimized website is a different version of G.I. Specialists’ original website — www.gispecialists.com — but is accessible through the same link, according to the release.
“Today, a host of people are accessing the Internet from their smartphones and tablet devices, but many websites are still stuck in the age of computer-only Internet usage,” said Geoffrey Braden, MD, who helped launch G.I. Specialists, in the release. “We wanted to make sure our patients could easily access the practice’s website while on-the-go, thus we created our mobile website. With a mobile website, our patients can gain instant access to the website without the wait and frustration of slow loading traditional websites.”
