Olympus entered a co-development agreement with ai4gi to offer the Artificial Intelligence solution for real-time clinical decision support during screening and surveillance colonoscopy.

1. Ai4gi is a commercial joint venture between Satis Operations and Imagia.

2. Ai4gi developed the clinical decision support tool using unaltered endoscopic colonoscopy videos from along with deep learning training models.

3. Olympus America will exclusively offer the Artificial Intelligence solution in the first co-development agreement of its kind in the U.S. market.

4. This marks the first time an AI proof-of-concept has been clinically demonstrated in real-time in a screening colonoscopy application.
