He earned his medical degree from Maywood, Ill.-based Loyola University. He completed a residency and fellowship at Indianapolis-based Indiana University Medical Center.
Dr. Haynes is an Indianapolis Medical Society, American College of Gastroenterology and American Gastroenterological Association member.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys hiking and camping with his wife and children.
