Next-Gen Ultrasound Powered Olympus Endoscopes Offer More Accurate GI Cancer Diagnosis

Olympus Medical Systems Group, Center Valley, Pa.-based healthcare technology company, has announced that its ultrasound endoscopes will now be powered by the next-generation ultrasound processor, ProSound F75.

The ProSound F75 Ultrasound Processor is designed to provide physicians with high quality imaging for the more accurate diagnosis of GI tract, gallbladder, bile duct, liver, spleen and pancreas cancer.

The ProSound F75 was developed in partnership with Hitachi Aloka Medical, ultrasound technology company headquartered in Wallingford, Conn.
