Mountain Vista Medical Center, Midwestern University collaborate on GI fellowship

Mesa, Ariz., is now home to a new osteopathic gastroenterology fellowship program.

Midwestern University in Glendale, Ariz., and Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Ariz., are collaborating on the new program, which received approval from the American Osteopathic Association.

The program will begin accepting its first fellows in July 2016. Gastroenterologist Sudhakar Reddy, MD, will serve as program director. Ned Sciortino, DO, director of medical education at Mountain Vista Medical Center, will also lend leadership guidance to the program.
