Montana Clinic Given Endoscopy Designation

The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy has recognized the Billings (Mont.) Clinic as part of its program to promote quality endoscopy, according to a Billings Gazette report.

To earn the designation, centers must be accredited, adopt a set of minimum requirements and include a clinician who has completed the ASGE Recognition Course, “Improving Quality and Safety in Your Endoscopy Unit.”

 

The award, granted to 358 endoscopy units so far, is good for three years.
