Dr. Mendez earned his medical degree from the University of Peruana Cayetano Hereda in Lima, Peru. He completed his residency and fellowship training at the University of Louisville (Ky.).
Dr. Mendez focuses on general gastroenterology, colon cancer screening and chronic liver disease.
