Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wis., added Mainor Antillon Galdamez, MD, to its staff, The Dunn County News reports.

1. Dr. Antillon Galdamez earned his medical degree from Guatemala City, Guatemala-based Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala. He completed his internship, residency and fellowship at Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles.

2. He completed a hepatology fellowship at University of Southern California in Downey.

3. Dr. Antillon Galdamez most recently served as Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health’s gastroenterology chairman.
