The integration of the GI practice and its endoscopy center is expected to take place over the next 12-15 months.
The initial part of the acquisition will include employment agreements with Drs. Michael James, Stanley Toelle and Gavin Young.
“All of us in the practice have worked closely with Kootenai Health for many years,” said Dr. Young, in the release. “We know they share our commitment to our patients. By joining Kootenai, we hope to strengthen the network of care available in northern Idaho.”
