Johns Hopkins Gastroenterologists Use Transpyloric Stent as Gastroparesis Treatment

In a recent study published in Endoscopy, physicians of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore shared the promising results of a metal stent as a treatment for gastroparesis, according to an EndoNurse report.

John Clarke, MD, board-certified gastroenterologist and clinical director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Neurogastroenterology, was the lead author of the study.
