Dr. Petrini is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. He has served as an associate clinical professor of medicine at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He was also a former board of directors’ member at the Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Clinic. His clinical interests include GERD, constipation, endoscopy, hepatitis C, irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis.
Dr. Petrini earned his medical degree from University of California San Francisco. He completed his residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta and his fellowship at University of California Los Angeles Medical Center.
