W. Ray Kim, MD, is the chief of the gastroenterology and hepatology division at University of Stanford (Calif.) Department of Medicine.

Dr. KIm's clinical focus is hepatology, specifically chronic liver disease.

He is a professor of gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Stanford.

Dr. Kim is a senior fellow at Stanford University's Center for Innovation in Global Health.
