GI leader to know: Dr. Mark Levstik of the University of Rochester Medical Center

Mark Levstik, MB BCh, is the chief of the gastroenterology and hepatology division at the University of Rochester (N.Y.) Medical Center.

Dr. Levstik runs the hepatology and liver transplant program at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He also serves as a professor in gastroenterology and transplant surgery.

Dr. Levstik participates in the live donor liver program at the hospital and is involved in research centered around liver transplant quality and non-invasive liver fibrosis measurement.
