Dr. Tassoni earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He completed an internship at New York City-based New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and a fellowship at Boston-based New England Medical Center Hospital.
He is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine.
Dr. Tassoni has 27 years of gastroenterology experience.
He is a past chairman and director of medicine at New Bedford, Mass.-based St. Luke’s Hospital.
