Dr. Dugan specializes in therapeutic and diagnostic endoscopy, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel disease among others.
He began his career after earning his medical degree from Houston-based University of Texas Medical School. He completed a residency and a fellowship at the university as well.
Dr. Dugan is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
The university awarded him the Cheves and Isabella Smythe Excellence Award and the Monica Monet Holloway Barrett, MD Award during his residency.
