GI leader to know: Dr. Henry Levine of the Center for Digestive Health

Henry Levine, MD, is a gastroenterologist and the founder of the Orlando-based Center for Digestive Health.

Dr. Levine specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.

His career began after he earned his medical degree from Baltimore’s John Hopkins School of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship at the Richmond-based Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dr. Levine serves as an associate professor at the University of Florida and teaches gastroenterology at the Orlando Regional Medical Center.

He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Gastroenterological Association.
