Dr. Hudson specializes in celiac disease and general gastroenterology.
His career began after he earned his medical degree from the Tucson-based University of Arizona. He stayed at the university for his residency and fellowship. He also has a PhD in medical chemistry from Topeka-based University of Kansas.
Dr. Hudson is internal medicine and gastroenterology certified.
Outside of practice, he is an avid wine collector and enjoys cooking meals for his wife and three children.
