GI leader to know: Dr. Bradley Barth of UT Southwestern Medical Center

Bradley Barth, MD, is the clinical director of pediatric gastroenterology at Dallas-based UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Barth also serves as the director of endoscopy at UT Southwestern Medical Center and is the president of the medical-dental staff at Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

He is a recipient of the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Endoscopy Prize and is a fellow of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.

Dr. Barth is a professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. His research interests include therapeutic endoscopy and endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.
