The center is the only state-licensed endoscopy center in DuPage County, Ill.
The center is directly adjacent to Suburban Gastroenterology, which uses the center for its gastroenterology procedures.
Midwest Endoscopy Center has eight physicians on staff. Sandra Bernklau is the center’s administrator.
The ASGE recognized the center through its Endoscopic Unit Recognition Program in 2009.
The center is a joint venture between local physicians and Edward-Elmhurst (Ill.) Healthcare.
