GI center to know: Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center

Troy, Mich.-based Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center is an AmSurg center providing patients with gastroenterology services.

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care accredited the center.

The center’s eight physicians participate in AmSurg’s Stop Colon Cancer Now initiative, which features hundreds of providers across the nation working to raise colon cancer awareness.

Center physicians perform colonoscopies, flexible sigmoidoscopy hemorrhoid banding and upper endoscopy procedures.

They center accepts most major insurances.
