Dr. Grendell’s clinical interests include abdominal disorders, celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease, esophagitis and pancreatic diseases, among many others. He helped conduct a Phase II clinical trial that examined immunotherapy treatments’ effectiveness on stomach cancer patients.
Dr. Grendell earned his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health in Columbus and completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He also underwent a fellowship at the University of California in San Francisco.
