Dr. Misra joined the department of pediatrics as a clinical professor, head of pediatric gastroenterology and director of nutrition. He has also joined ECU Physicians, the organization’s group medical practice.
Prior to joining ECU, he has worked at Medical College of Georgia and University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine.
Dr. Misra received his MD from Medical College Calcutta in India. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., and a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition at the University of California at Los Angeles Medical Center.
