Gastroenterologist on the Move: Dr. Georgia Close Joins NY’s Putnam Hospital Center

Gastroenterologist Georgia Close, MD, has joined the medical staff of Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, N.Y., according to a news release.

Dr. Close received her MD from Weill Cornell Medical College. She completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

 

Dr. Close is affiliated with Mount Kisco (N.Y.) Medical Group.
