Gastroenterologist on the Move: Dr. Carlos Cardenas Named Interim CEO of TX’s Doctors Hospital at Renaissance

Gastroenterologist Carlos J. Cardenas, MD, has been named interim CEO of Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas, according to a Monitor report.

Dr. Cardenas currently serves as DHR’s chairman of the board.

 

Dr. Cardenas was an original founder of the Day Surgery at Renaissance, which grew into DHR.

 

He continues to practice at South Texas Gastroenterology Associates in Edinburg.
