Novant Health is based in Winston-Salem, N.C., which is where Dr. Murphy’s practice, Piedmont Gastroenterology Specialists, is also located.
Dr. Murphy has been in practice since 1987. He received his MD from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, completed a residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital and a fellowship at Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University.
