Miami-based Gastro Health acquired Fairfax-based Gastroenterology Associates of Northern Virginia.

Altoona, Pa.-based Blair Gastroenterology Associates is adding a 1,800-square-foot addition to its practice, expanding services.

Dallas-based GI Alliance continued its year-end acquisition spree, acquiring Amarillo (Texas) Endoscopy Center.

CRH Medical acquired a majority ownership stake in Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Triad Sedation, building on a previous partnership with the practice.

Douglas Pleskow, MD, joined the trustee advisory board of Boston-based Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
