1. The acquisition increases Gastro Health’s portfolio to 26 South Florida locations. Pediatric Gastroenterology Associates is Gastro Health’s second pediatric-facing practice.
2. Gastro Health is adding Pediatric Gastroenterology Associates’ five full-time physicians to its staff.
3. Gastro Health CEO Alejandro Fernandez said in a release, “By expanding our pediatric gastroenterology services, we are answering the community need for more specialized services for children. We are very proud to be welcoming the experienced and skilled group from Pediatric Gastroenterology Associates to Gastro Health’s pediatric division.”
