Ferring Pharmaceuticals agreed to acquire Rebiotix for an unspecified sum.

The FDA approved Custom Ultrasonics’ 83 Plus Automated Endoscope Reprocessors for use in healthcare facilities to wash and disinfect flexible endoscopes, duodenoscopes and scope accessories between uses.

Perrigo and Dexcel Pharma Technologies launched Omeprazole Delayed Release Orally Disintegrating Tablets, an over-the-counter medication to treat heartburn.
