Exact Sciences to open biotech campus & more – 3 GI company key notes

Here are three recent news updates on key gastroenterology and endoscopy companies.

AbbVie reported its third quarter 2015 financial results. The company reported $5.944 billion in worldwide sales for the third quarter, an 18.4 percent year-over-year increase.

Timothy Pratt, an executive vice president at Boston Scientific, sold 3,500 shares of company stock for a total transaction value of $63,000, according to a Financial Wisdom report. 

Exact Sciences, the company behind Cologuard, hopes to establish a headquarters in Madison, Wis., and is collaborating with the University of Wisconsin in Madison to develop a biotech campus.
