Endochoice Files Suit Against Santarus for Trademark Infringement

Endochoice, a gastrointestinal disease product manufacturer, has filed a lawsuit against competitor Santarus for trademark infringement, according to a Bloomberg Law report.

Endochoice is accusing Santarus of using a logo that is too similar that features four crescent moons. Endochoice issued a cease and desist letter in June.
