East Side Endoscopy to adopt Clearwave self-service kiosk technology

Earlier this month, Physicians Endoscopy announced a new partnership with Clearwave. Now Physicians Endoscopy’s East Side Endoscopy in New York will be one of the first of its centers to roll out the self-service patient registration kiosks.

Clearwave’s software is designed to integrate with healthcare providers’ existing systems.

“Clearwave has reduced the time it takes our staff to check patients in, allowing our staff more time to give our patients the attention they deserve. And the real-time eligibility updates are really helpful for our schedulers when they are on the phone with a patient; we can tell the patient everything they need to know about their next visit in one phone call, and it makes the patients feel much more prepared,” said Helen Lowenwirth, administrator of East Side Endoscopy.
