Portsmouth, R.I.-based University Gastroenterology named Robert Najarian, MD, medical director of its new Pathology Center in Portsmouth.

Gastroenterologist Morris W. Beebe, MD, was one of five people arrested in the alleged assault of a 25-year-old woman.

Hannibal (Mo.) Regional Medical Group welcomed board-certified gastroenterologist Khulood Ahmed, MD.
