Dr. Thomas Savides named 1st UC San Diego Chief Experience Officer

Gastroenterologist Thomas Savides, MD, has been named the first Chief Experience Officer of the UC San Diego Health System.

In this role, Dr. Savides will implement strategies to improve the overall healthcare experience for patients, families, staff and providers.

Dr. Savides has been with UC San Diego since 1993.
