1. Dr. Young is a board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in advanced laparoscopy and endoscopy.
2. Dr. Young earned her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa and completed her residency at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. She completed her fellowship at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
3. Previously, Dr. Young served as the chief of surgery at Cleveland Area Hospital.
4. Dr. Young performs a variety of general surgical procedures, including gallbladder and appendix surgery, hernia repair, abdominal surgery, cancer surgery and procedures, minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, upper endoscopies and colonoscopies.
