Dr. Strobel has a clinical interest in Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, gastrointestinal motility and the study of the human microbiome.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Tubingen in Germany and completed his residency training at Dartmouth University in Lebanon, N.H., and the University of Miami (Fla.).
