FDA Grants 510(k) Clearance for Invendo Medical Single-Use Colonoscopy System

The invendo medical C20 colonoscopy system accompanied by SC20 single-use colonoscope has been introduced to the US market with installations at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center and NYU Langone Medical Center.

The invendo SC20 single-use and handheld colonoscope is designed to reduce stress on the colon wall and to be used with computer-assisted technology rather than being pushed or pulled.

The disposable endoscopy products company invendo medical is based in New York and Kissing, Germany.
